Rebecca brings over 22 years of experience in early childhood education, with a focus on reflective practice, leadership development, and supporting the well-being of those who care for children.

Her work centers on creating spaces where individuals and teams can pause, reflect, and grow—strengthening both personal and professional capacity. She is deeply committed to building systems that honor relationships, elevate voice, and support sustainable, meaningful change.

At Nebula, Rebecca partners with educators, leaders, and organizations through reflective consultation, professional learning, and collaborative innovation—guiding teams in aligning their values, practices, and environments.

She believes that when adults are supported, connected, and seen, children and communities are better able to thrive.

Director of Resilience Coaching and Program Development

Stacey brings decades of experience in early childhood education, with a focus on resilience, reflective practice, and supporting professionals in building compassionate, connected communities.

Her work centers on guiding educators and leaders in cultivating self-awareness, emotional strength, and relationship-based practices that support both individual well-being and collective growth. She is deeply committed to fostering environments where care, reflection, and resilience are at the heart of the work.

At Nebula, Stacey leads resilience-focused coaching and supports program development that strengthens teams, nurtures leadership, and builds sustainable, hope-centered systems.

She believes that when educators are supported in their own resilience and compassion, they are better able to create meaningful, lasting impact in the lives of children and families.

 Executive Operations & HOPE Training Coordinator 

Maggie brings a strong commitment to organization, connection, and supporting the day-to-day work that makes a meaningful impact possible. Her role bridges operational coordination with direct engagement, ensuring that Nebula’s work remains both grounded and responsive.

Her work centers on creating seamless systems of support while also guiding educators and professionals through HOPE 101 training and coaching. She is especially passionate about helping others understand and apply HOPE-centered practices in ways that feel accessible, practical, and meaningful.

At Nebula, Maggie supports internal operations while also partnering with educators and teams through training and coaching, helping to translate vision into action.

She believes that when people feel supported, informed, and connected, they are better able to grow in their work and positively impact the children and communities they serve.
