Executive Operations & HOPE Training Coordinator
Maggie brings a strong commitment to organization, connection, and supporting the day-to-day work that makes a meaningful impact possible. Her role bridges operational coordination with direct engagement, ensuring that Nebula’s work remains both grounded and responsive.
Her work centers on creating seamless systems of support while also guiding educators and professionals through HOPE 101 training and coaching. She is especially passionate about helping others understand and apply HOPE-centered practices in ways that feel accessible, practical, and meaningful.
At Nebula, Maggie supports internal operations while also partnering with educators and teams through training and coaching, helping to translate vision into action.
She believes that when people feel supported, informed, and connected, they are better able to grow in their work and positively impact the children and communities they serve.
Our team is part of a larger, evolving ecosystem known as the Collaborative Table—a space where educators, consultants, and leaders come together to share ideas, deepen practice, and build something greater than any one person could create alone.
This is where relationships form, innovation is nurtured, and meaningful work begins to take shape.
As this work expands, it connects into the Stellar System™—a broader structure designed to support growth, opportunity, and aligned impact across programs, professionals, and communities.
Whether you’re here to connect, collaborate, or grow your work, this is where your next step begins.
