Collaborative Table Members
Vibrant Iris Consulting
In 2022 Olivia launched Vibrant Iris Consulting with a singular mission to support early education and human services organizations rebuild their resilience and effectiveness through strategic planning, executive coaching and consulting, and leadership development. She actively studies and grounds her work in emerging science on human motivation and performance, business development, and effective teams.
Olivia’s professional history includes over 20 years in early childhood education teaching and leadership, 15 years as a Head Start grantee leader, 9 years in local government senior leadership, 8 years in Colorado Head Start Association leadership, and 6 years as Early Childhood Education Faculty in the Colorado Community College System. She received the Front Range Community College Online Master Teacher Award in 2020.
Olivia has a Master of Arts degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Colorado at Denver, and a BA in Women's Studies and Political Theory from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
When she is not geeking out on all things motivation, learning, and development, Olivia prioritizes time with her family, pets, and brilliant friends. She spends time in her intermittently productive suburban garden that reminds her that sometimes you gotta get your hands a little dirty if you want to experience something as delicious as a fresh garden tomato or as fragrant as an iris blossom.
Freedom Inside
Freedom Inside for Children, Parents, and Teachers is an educational non-profit with a focus on training and consulting. This small non-profit offers regular training throughout the year, as well as private training. Their goal is to help all families and schools find their everyday freedom through education and support. The founder and coach of Freedom Inside is Karina Scott.
Karina is incredibly passionate about working with children, families, and teachers. Her goal is to positively affect the lives of as many children in the world as possible. She strongly believes that the world can be changed in a single generation if the adults around children are given the education and resources they need to succeed.
Karina has been studying Early Childhood Education since 2006. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education with a minor in Traditional Eastern Arts from Naropa University. She holds a level 6 PDIS credential in Colorado Shines, a coaching credential, and a training credential. She is a certified Birth and Postpartum Doula, Breastfeeding Consultant, and Nurturing Parenting Facilitator.
Earth Star Coaching
Earth Star Coaching is a business built on creating support, guidance, encouragement and balance in the lives of parents and educators. They focus on individualized training and coaching. Earth Star Coaching believes that everyone should embody their intuition because we all have the tools we need to succeed. Their goal is to help parents and educators find power in themselves and through guidance and education be able to hold joy at the center of their growth. Marguerite Colosimo is the founder of Earth Star Coaching, along with being a trainer and a coach.
Marguerite enjoys organizing complex information into bite-sized and understandable terms. She focuses on trying to see and understand people in a way that can bring clarity and insight to the situations. Also, she can see and work towards the best case for many scenarios. Marguerite co-creates with the people she is supporting, there is rarely a one-size-fits-all all solution. She's passionate about getting it right and uplifting parents and educators through the process.
Marguerite has been studying and working in Early Childhood Education since 2010. She is a certified Early Childhood Coach and Trainer.
