 The HOPE Orbit is a 10-month, cohort-based leadership and sustainability program for professionals in consultative roles across early childhood systems. Designed for reflective supervisors, coaches, TA providers, and mental health consultants, the Orbit blends trauma-informed leadership development with culturally responsive business strategy, reflective practice, and relational capacity-building. 

HOPE stands for Healthy Outcomes from Positive Experiences.
The HOPE Orbit applies the Science of HOPE using four core building blocks:

• Supportive Relationships
   
• Safe, Stable, Equitable Environments
   
• Meaningful Engagement
   
• Opportunities for Growth and Mastery
   

Participants become Champions of HOPE, leading change through these guiding principles.

This cohort is ideal for:

• Coaches, consultants, and reflective supervisors looking to grow or sustain their practice
   
• Emerging entrepreneurs and new founders building trauma- and culturally-responsive services
   
• Professionals seeking a network that bridges silos
   
• System-level leaders grounded in inclusion, healing, and equity
   

You don’t need a polished plan—just vision, values, and a desire to lead with care.

• 10-month cohort experience (Sept 2025–May 2026)
   
• Monthly Stellar Sessions – 2-hour virtual professional learning community (PLC) sessions focused on reflection, systems thinking, relational leadership, and HOPE-based practices
   
• 🛰️ Access to Mission Control – a digital platform filled with templates, planning tools, learning modules, and guided reflection materials
   
• Creative leadership tools – vision-building strategies, peer-supported momentum, and gentle accountability
   
• Capstone Showcase – a flexible opportunity to reflect, present, or document your growth in a format that fits your mission and voice
   
• Free visibility and referral promotion – alumni may be featured through the Nebula website and partner network
   
• Access to future Alumni Communities of Practice (COPs) – for long-term connection and shared growthswer to this item.

Café Chats are informal, small-group Zoom gatherings throughout July and August. They offer a no-pressure space to ask questions, meet others, and learn whether the Orbit is right for you.

• HOPE Orbit Tuition: $600 total
  → Paid as $60/month over 10 months
  → Includes all cohort sessions, Mission Control access, templates, capstone support, and alumni benefits
   
• Optional HOPE Certification: $300
  → Available after cohort completion
  → Includes certification rubric, guided support, and visibility as a HOPE-aligned organization
   

Payment plans and partial scholarships are available

 No! The HOPE Orbit is built to meet you where you are. Whether you're nurturing a brand-new idea, refining an existing mission, or seeking alignment for your current organization—you're welcome here. 

•  2 hours/month for Stellar Sessions
   
•  Additional (optional) time for peer support, planning, and creative reflection via Mission Control online classroom
   
• Short reflection or vision planning prompts between sessions
   
• Time to prepare a Capstone Showcase in your chosen format
   

The Orbit is designed to be realistic, flexible, and spacious—deep support without burnout.

Graduates become part of the HOPE Constellation, Nebula’s extended learning and leadership network. Alumni receive:

• Free promotion via Nebula’s network and website
   
• Invitations to Alumni COPs
   
• Opportunities to mentor, co-facilitate, or present in future HOPE initiatives

If you represent an established organization, participation in the Orbit may be appropriate if you or your leadership team wants to deepen alignment with HOPE principles.

However, beginning January 2026, Nebula will offer tailored HOPE Certification pathways for:

• Early childhood centers
   
• Family child care homes
   
• Agencies providing consultative roles
