Building a brighter future through reflective practice
COAEYC and Nebula welcome Cohort 2 this spring.
Applications Now Open! (Deadline January 20th)
Reflective Consultation for RC/S Providers offers a dedicated, supportive space for reflective consultants and supervisors to strengthen their practice through connection, inquiry, and shared learning. In this setting, we slow down to explore the complex relational dynamics of our work, deepen our ability to facilitate reflection in others, and refine how we hold safe, thoughtful, and ethically grounded reflective spaces. These groups also serve as a professional accountability structure—supporting us in aligning our facilitation with our values, tending to the emotional weight of the work, and continually returning to the reflective practices we invite others to use. Over time, this strengthens both individual capacity and the collective quality of reflective support across the early childhood workforce.
This Reflective Consultation for RC and RS providers is offered in a virtual format, making it accessible to participants nationwide. Because sessions are held online, providers from any state can join to strengthen reflective practice, deepen facilitation skills, and build professional connection—without the barrier of travel.
Our Reflective Consultation for RC and RS Providers is offered in a virtual group format and is open to participants nationwide.
