Are you a visionary leader, emerging founder, or change-driven organization ready to build a better future for children, families, and communities?
Join a select cohort of 15 trailblazers from grassroots startups to established programs who are coming together to imagine and implement HOPE-aligned initiatives that disrupt harm and cultivate healing in Early Childhood Education, Families and Communities.
About the HOPE Innovation Cohort
This 9-month journey blends the HOPE Framework with the Championship Model to help you:
- Design and pilot a new program, project, or policy
- Collaborate with peers in shared constellation circles
- Receive coaching & reflective consultation
- Engage in non-extractive innovation, grounded in ethics, abundance, and equity

The HOPE Innovation Orbit is a dynamic space for grassroots startups and established organizations to realign with their mission, strengthen their business foundation, and co-create the future of early childhood care.
This cohort supports participants in:
- Grounding business growth in relational and equity-centered values
- Developing sustainable, community-rooted strategies
- Reframing behavior as communication
- Building confident, resilient teams through empathy and regulation
- Embedding joyful, healing practices into daily operations
- Strengthening family partnerships with tools that foster belonging and thriving

HOPE Innovation Cohort Members Will Receive

- Dreamspace mapping workshops (vision-to-action translation)

Program Cost & Accessibility
The total cost for participation in the HOPE Innovation Orbit is $600 per person for the full 9-month cohort experience.
That’s just $67/month for deep support, reflective coaching, strategic development, and a nurturing community of changemakers.
