Each Participant will receive a set of books and materials free with their registration
Attend and actively participate for 3 days. This is an interactive and informative session.

Rebecca Armentrout is a nationally recognized Nurturing Parenting® Facilitator (Spring 2025) and National Trainer with over 20 years of experience as a parent educator supporting children, families, and communities. She began her work in 2004 and has dedicated her career to strengthening family relationships through empathy, connection, and evidence-based parenting practices.
As a National Trainer, Rebecca prepares facilitators to deliver Nurturing Parenting® Programs with fidelity while integrating trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and linguistically inclusive practices grounded in language justice. Her work centers on honoring the identities, experiences, and strengths of each family.
Rebecca facilitates Nurture HOPE™, a strengths-based curriculum designed for parents of children with disabilities and significant health challenges. Grounded in her background in Special Education and family support, this approach focuses on building connection, resilience, and well-being through individualized, relationship-centered practices.
As both a parent educator and a mother of two, Rebecca brings lived experience into her work, grounding her approach in authenticity, compassion, and deep respect for the complexity of caregiving.
Through Nebula Early Childhood Collaborative, she creates spaces where caregivers and professionals can access parenting education, reflective support, and community-centered learning—because when caregivers are supported, children and communities thrive.
