Elyse has dedicated over twenty years to training and supporting children, educators, and parents across diverse environments. Her work is rooted in a parallel process approach, building deep and meaningful relationships with educators to support adult learning in the same way educators nurture children’s development.
Through collaboration with teachers and families, Elyse provides practical tools and guidance to help create calmer, more connected, and emotionally supportive learning environments. Her philosophy is straightforward: all children require love, respect, and a sense of safety to thrive, and with the right support, they can grow into healthy adults.
Elyse holds a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Pacific Oaks College and has extensive training in trauma-informed care and supporting children with special needs. She is proud to serve on the Nebula Board, where she champions reflective practice as a catalyst for deep connection, lasting change, and the creation of stronger, more compassionate communities.
